About Library

Dr.Panjabrao Deshmukh Library of the college started in 1946 with having collection in five faculties namely Arts,Commerce,Science,Agriculture and Law.The Library has separate Library Building of 4000 sq.ft.ground floor and two floor with separate Reading Room,Network Resource Center and central computer facility.The Library has 2 floor stack Room cum circulation for Arts & Commerce faculty.Library has been computerized using SOUL 3.3 Software of INFLIBNET.

• To inculcate reading habits in the young generations and strengthen the reading culture.

• To promote information literacy to bridge the digital divide.

• To strengthen the Library resources (Print and electronic) to work efficiently as knowledge resource center.

• To provide 24*7 Library & Information services through Internet.
